Congratulations to Mid-Carolina's Alex Ahlin on earning his first world title at the ISSF World Championships for Shotgun in Lonato, Italy in July. The USA defeated the Russian Federation in the gold medal match. The Chinese team took bronze. In the team events, they took the silver medals in both Lonato and Suhl.
